1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pedas99 platform available at pedas99.co (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the pedas99 platform. pedas99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pedas99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual user, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one (1) pedas99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. pedas99 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pedas99 platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pedas99 does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pedas99 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.

3.2 All transactions and bets placed using your pedas99 account credentials — whether by you or by any third party to whom you have knowingly or unknowingly disclosed your credentials — are your sole responsibility. pedas99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 You must notify pedas99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pedas99 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. pedas99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pedas99's discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. pedas99 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. pedas99 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. pedas99 reserves the right to extend processing times for additional security checks.

4.4 KYC and Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, pedas99 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the period specified by pedas99 support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal processing.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts showing no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. pedas99 reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from dormant account balances in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy, details of which are available from the support team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the pedas99 platform are subject to their individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Those specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods, form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Where different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements, the contribution percentages are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 pedas99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify users from promotions where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the pedas99 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all of your deposited funds.

6.2 Bets accepted and confirmed on the pedas99 platform are final and binding. pedas99 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or where odds or game outcomes were clearly erroneous at the time of the bet.

6.3 pedas99 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict bet sizes for any user at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

6.4 In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or early settlement at any time. pedas99 is not liable for losses arising from market suspension delays.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pedas99 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing anomalies;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through the pedas99 platform;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts;
• Using payment methods that belong to a third party without their explicit authorisation;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity of the pedas99 platform.

Breach of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 pedas99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur.

8.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, pedas99 may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or deliberate multi-accounting is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited.

8.3 You may close your pedas99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending bets at the time of voluntary account closure will be governed by the applicable promotion and game terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The pedas99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pedas99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pedas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated gaming winnings.

9.3 pedas99's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Session time limits: Configure maximum session durations with automatic logout;
